Restoring Life Balance:

A One-Day Wellness Retreat

About The Retreat

This is a day for slowing down. For reconnecting. For remembering who you are beyond the illness, beyond the grief.

In a safe and supportive circle, guided by skilled facilitators, men are invited into a
space of brotherhood, reflection, and renewal. Through storytelling, movement, nature,
and deep listening, each participant is supported in finding their own path forward—with more clarity, presence, and purpose.

During this retreat, we will:

Connect

Connect with a group of like-hearted men, creating space to be seen, to
speak honestly, and to feel accepted just as you are.

Integrate personal experiences into a clearer sense of direction and self-
understanding.

Explore

Explore tools and practices that support emotional healing, insight, and
resilience.

Cultivate inner strength to show up more fully as a man, father, son, partner, or
friend.

Experience

Experience nature’s healing presence during guided walks through a serene
50-acre landscape of meadows, wooded trails, and quiet water.

Enjoy nourishing, organic meals thoughtfully prepared to meet individual
needs.

Engage

Engage in breathwork and mindful movement to support physical and
emotional well-being.

Leave with a renewed sense of purpose, calm, and connection, along with
tools to support your ongoing journey.

This retreat isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about reconnecting to the strength,
wisdom, and wholeness already within you.
